Role & responsibilities :

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and project teams.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Check measurements and verify quantities of completed works.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or deviations.
- Coordinate with the design/engineering team for drawing clarifications and technical issues.




- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and quality checks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
- Candidates with experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
