Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on Coupa platform to clients across various industries.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.

- Troubleshoot issues related to procurement processes using BSM (Business Spend Management) tools.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry, preferably with Coupa implementation experience.

- Strong understanding of procurement domain knowledge and ability to apply it effectively.

- Proficiency in working with multiple systems such as ERPs, P2P platforms, etc.
