Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and product development to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in B2C sales or inside sales in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of insurance products/services and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
