Role & responsibilities

1. Identify, write, and support submission of grant applications for SRIIF and its incubatees.

2. Mobilise grants, CSR funds, and philanthropic partnerships for the incubator and incubatees.

3. Build and maintain funder connects, including government schemes, CSR programmes, and philanthropic funders.

4. Mentor startups on grant writing and on accessing grants and government funding schemes.

5. Facilitate incubatee access to angel funding: open and verify investor networks for the incubator.

6. Provide design and productisation support to incubatees, connecting them with design and production teams.

7. Assess incubatee needs and connect startups to suitable resources mentorship based on those needs.

8. Support IP support coordination and regulatory navigation for incubates

9. Track the incubator's and incubatees' funding pipeline and maintain funder-facing documentation.

10. Support incubatees in investor and funder pitch preparation.

Lead partnerships with hospitals, government agencies, corporates,

and investor networks on behalf of the incubator.

12. Represent SRIIF at external forums, investor meets, and funding-related conferences.

13. Support strategic roadmap inputs on fundraising and ecosystem partnerships for Advisory Council/Board review.

14. Contribute funding-related updates to monthly plans and annual reports for the Advisory Council and Board.

15. Prepare monthly plans and reports and contribute to annual reports for review by the Advisory Council and Board.

16. Report to the Advisory Council and Board on compliance oversight for incubator operations.

Mentor and supervise : Junior Incubation Assistant(s) - grants, funder outreach, and design / productisation support functions.
