- Safeguard performance, security, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits across all team deliverables.
- Mentor and grow developers on the team, and support hiring and onboarding as needed.
- Manage the technical health of the solution, including technical debt, deployment strategy, and ongoing support.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including designing and customizing solutions end to end.
- Solid experience designing and owning integration architecture across REST, SOAP, and JSON.

- Demonstrated experience leading a development team, including task allocation, code review, and mentoring.
- Ability to own delivery for a workstream with minimal oversight, including planning, estimation, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and the judgment to make and defend technical trade-offs.
- Clear communication, able to explain technical decisions to both engineers and business stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice.
- Exposure to CTI integrations and contact centre implementations.
