Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labour, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor construction progress and report daily site activities.
- Ensure proper measurement of completed works.
- Verify quantities of materials required for construction.
- Maintain site records, including labour attendance and daily progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Ability to read civil and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
