Role Overview

We are looking for graduates for a Health Processor Non-Voice role supporting healthcare operations. The role involves processing health payer member enrollment, premium billing and payment applications, provider demographic updates, and core medical claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Process health payer member enrollment and related updates.
- Handle premium billing and payment application activities.
- Update and maintain provider demographic information accurately.
- Support core medical claims processing as per defined procedures.
- Review and process healthcare-related information with high accuracy.
- Track and resolve provider and member inquiries through non-voice channels.
- Maintain process quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Follow client policies, data privacy, and process guidelines.
