Salary: 22,000 CTC per month
Work Model: Hybrid+WFO
Shift Timings:

- 4:00 PM 1:30 AM
- 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Candidates must be flexible with shifts

Role Overview

We are looking for candidates to support healthcare operations involving health payer member enrollment, premium billing, payment application, provider data updates, and medical claim processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Process health payer member enrollment and related transactions.
- Support premium billing and payment application activities.
- Update and maintain provider demographic information.
- Assist with core medical claim processing.
- Handle and resolve member and provider inquiries.




- Provide timely and accurate customer service.
- Track queries and ensure appropriate resolution within defined timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate can apply.
- No Master's degree or professional degree such as BE/B.Tech/M.Tech is required.
- Candidates with soft-copy results may also be considered.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work in the mentioned shifts.
- Candidates must be versatile to work from office when required.

Work Model

- Hybrid model
- Candidates will be required to work from office during the training period.
- Office presence may also be required during high-inventory periods.
