What You Must Have

- Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and ContactManager - leading requirement gathering sessions, conduct analysis, develop functional specifications and perform business walkthroughs;
- User story creation/updation, developing process flows, UI mock ups, and devloping data mapping in the standard Guidewire recommended user stories;
- Familiarity with Use case, SWOT analysis, Mindmapping, PESTLE analysis; Product Designer
- Usage of Tools JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Splunk and familiarity with SQL

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5-9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, Statistics
- At least one of the following: Guidewire and Scrum Master Certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex client issues
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving project requirements
- Excelling in communication to build meaningful client relationships
- Leveraging software development methodologies for efficient project deliver
