Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and passionate people developer to join our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and delivering our professional training system. This position requires a dynamic professional who can seamlessly blend public speaking with a deep understanding of sales and network marketing, translating complex subjects into simple, engaging concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training & Facilitation: Deliver high-impact training sessions, explaining complex subjects in simple language using engaging stories, examples, and interactive activities.
- Skill Development: Prepare distributors and staff on sales, customer development, prospecting, presentation, follow-up, objection handling, team building, and leadership.
- Content Creation: Utilize PowerPoint, Canva, online training platforms, and digital learning tools to design and present compelling training materials.
- System Building: Contribute to the development and implementation of a structured, professional training system that aligns with DXN's culture and vision.




- Field Engagement: Travel extensively to conduct training initiatives and work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: 37 years of experience in Training, Sales Training, Direct Selling, Network Marketing, Leadership Development, or Public Speaking.
- Education: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification. Completion of a public speaking course will be given an added advantage.
- Communication: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
- Core Skills: Robust presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills with an energetic and confident presence.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, online training platforms, and digital learning/content creation.
