Role & Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry for Classes 9-12 based on subject specialization.
- Handle both CBSE and Matriculation students, with board-specific preparation wherever required.
- Focus on conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and application-based learning.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
- Prepare students for school examinations and board examinations.
- Develop worksheets, question papers, practice materials, and assignments.
- Track individual student performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Coordinate with other faculty members to maintain consistency across classes.
- Participate in parent interactions and provide feedback on student progress.
- Maintain a disciplined, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support the institute in developing new academic programs and learning methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Education, or a relevant field.
- Strong command of the respective subject for Classes 912.
- Familiarity with both CBSE and Tamil Nadu Matriculation curricula is preferred.




- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong problem-solving and classroom-management skills.
- Prior teaching/coaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
- Ability to handle students with different learning levels.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
