About the Role:

We are hiring AI/ML Engineers to design, develop and optimize machine learning models and AI pipelines that power advanced analytics, risk intelligence and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model Development: Build and optimize ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection and NLP tasks.
- Data Engineering: Work with largescale structured/unstructured financial datasets, ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Deployment: Implement scalable ML pipelines on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Collaboration: Partner with business, risk, and compliance teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor model performance, retrain, and finetune for accuracy and efficiency.

Core Skillset:





- Robust programming skills in Python, R, SQL, PySpark.
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ScikitLearn).
- Handson with data pipelines (ETL, ADF, Databricks).
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and timeseries modeling.
- Familiarity with datasets (trading, risk, compliance).

Good to Have:

- Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in capital markets.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for model visualization.
