Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide technical consulting services to clients on Workday implementation projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) module.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday HCM system configuration, data migration, and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Workday Certified Technical Consultant role.
- Robust understanding of EIB (Employee Information Booklet) concepts and ability to apply them effectively in Workday implementations.
- Experience working on multiple Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence + Talent Management, Time Tracking & Labor Management.
