Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of SAP TM consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using SAP Transportation Management (TM) module.
- Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain complex transportation management systems for various industries.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in SAP TM.
Job Requirements :
- 5.5-9 years of experience in leading teams or working as an individual contributor in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid expertise in SAP HANA/SAP TM module with hands-on experience in configuration, customization, testing, deployment, maintenance etc. .
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
