Job Summary

We are hiring 2026 graduates for a healthcare operations process involving member enrollment, premium billing, payment application, provider data updates, medical claims processing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle health payer member enrollment processes.
- Support premium billing and payment application activities.
- Update provider demographic information accurately.
- Process core medical claims as per defined procedures.
- Handle member and provider inquiries.
- Track and resolve queries within defined timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Only 2026 batch graduates are eligible.
- Women candidates only.
- Any Graduation.




- Candidates with BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or other skilled/master's degrees are not eligible.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational/flexible evening and night shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Chennai location.

Shift Timings

- 4:00 PM 1:30 AM
- 6:00 PM 3:30 AM

Flexible shift timings as per business requirements.

Work Model

- Work From Office during training.
- Hybrid model may be applicable after training, based on business requirements.
- Candidates may be required to work from office during high-inventory periods.

Compensation

CTC: 22,000 per month
Take Home: Approximately 17,500 per month
