Agile Scrum Lead - HR IT Operations
Job Summary

The Agile Scrum Lead is responsible for leading Agile delivery and operational excellence across the HR IT application landscape while ensuring seamless support, governance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.
• Manage sprint backlogs and delivery metrics.
• Oversee HR IT operations, incidents, problems, changes and releases.
• Support Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM, Power Platform, mobile apps, integrations and HR digital products.
• Coordinate vendors and stakeholders.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure governance, compliance and documentation.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years in Agile/Scrum leadership.
• Experience managing HR IT applications and operations.
• Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL Foundation.
