About the Role

We are looking for a CA – Budgeting & MIS professional to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, and management reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
- Prepare MIS and management reports for senior management.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Develop financial models and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Track business performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate financial data.
- Identify trends, risks,



and opportunities through financial analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS and budgeting reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and business insights.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning.
- Good understanding of MIS and Management Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and financial modelling knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.
