This role will work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and business-relevant reporting outcomes.The role requires strong technical skills in tools like Workday, Advanced Excel, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. Familiarity with payroll and time off requests. The individual must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes. This includes mentoring team members, monitoring output quality.

Roles and Responsibilities: Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications.Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced + Matrix + calculated fields + Dashboards + Worksheet) Excel-based reports or Dashboards using formulasBuild new reports dashboards in workday based on the specifications provided by the requestor(s)Extract and prepare data from Workday and or or other HR systems for reporting and analysis using Advanced ExcelAnalyze HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and support decision-making with relevant insightsEnsure data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testingMaintain clear documentation for report logic, transformation steps, and data sourcesCollaborate with team members and respond to data or reporting queries from stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasksFollow defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handlingDemonstrates willingness to upskill on tools and technologies that enhance delivery and operational efficiency
