Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide legal guidance on contractual matters related to IT services and consulting projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct due diligence reviews of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in contract drafting, review, or negotiation in an IT services or consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of commercial law, including contract formation, interpretation, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear and concise legal documents.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
