About the Role-
The candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho implementation, particularly in understanding business requirements and implementing/configuring Zoho modules based on organisational processes.

Job Description-

- Understand the organisations business processes, requirements, and operational workflows.
- Conduct discussions with internal stakeholders to identify requirements and convert them into Zoho-based solutions.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend suitable Zoho modules, workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Configure and implement Zoho modules according to the organisations requirements.
- Customise forms, fields, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, notifications, and automation as required.
- Work with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics or other relevant Zoho applications, depending on organisational requirements.
- Develop and configure custom functions using Deluge where required.
- Integrate Zoho with other systems/applications used by the organisation.
- Test implemented solutions and resolve configuration or workflow issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during UAT,



implementation, and rollout.
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and implementation documentation.
- Train end users and provide post-implementation support.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve and automate organisational processes using Zoho.

Must-Have Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Zoho implementation/configuration.
- Strong understanding of business requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience in Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator / Zoho Books / Zoho People or relevant Zoho modules.
- Valuable knowledge of workflow automation and Deluge scripting.
- Experience in API/integrations will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and implement the solution rather than simply provide technical support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
