Role Overview

We are looking for a Privacy & Responsible AI (RAI) Analyst to support privacy, Responsible AI, and compliance activities across projects. The role focuses on executing privacy and AI governance assessments, supporting Responsible AI controls, and helping ensure solutions align with Privacy-by-Design and Secure-by-Design principles.

Key Responsibilities

Privacy Assessments:

Support execution of privacy and ISRA assessments across projects

Assist in reviewing solutions against GDPR/CCPA/DPDP, privacy-by-design, and SDL requirements

Identify privacy and compliance risks and track remediation actions

Work with project teams to support privacy and compliance reviews

Support maintenance of RoPA, privacy evidence, and assessment documentation

Responsible AI (RAI) & AI Governance:

Assist in implementation of Responsible AI practices in customer delivery

Support AI/agent solution reviews using predefined RAI and privacy frameworks

Contribute to privacy threat modeling activities

Help maintain RAI documentation, trackers, and compliance evidence





Support reviews for data handling, retention, and AI governance controls

Privacy Compliance & Monitoring:

Prepare reports and dashboards on privacy findings and compliance trends

Assist in vendor/privacy risk assessments and audit readiness activities

Help track compliance with internal privacy and AI governance standards

Escalate critical privacy or compliance concerns to senior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in privacy, cybersecurity, risk & compliance, or Responsible AI governance

Basic understanding of:

Privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA basics)

Responsible AI concepts and AI governance

Privacy-by-Design and privacy threat modeling concepts

Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL)

Cloud/data protection fundamentals (Azure preferred)

Awareness of AI privacy and data protection risks

Robust documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
