Role & responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture

- Lead SAP FI solution design workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Design and configure SAP FI components including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)
- Current GL and Universal Journal

- Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives and Rollouts.

Project Delivery

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration projects.
- Prepare business blueprints, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities.
- Provide effort estimation and solution proposals during presales and bid support.

Integration Management

- Work closely with:
- SAP CO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP Treasury
- SAP FSCM
- SAP BTP Integration teams

- Ensure seamless integration across finance and logistics processes.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for client finance leadership.
- Facilitate workshops with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and Process Owners.
- Present solution recommendations, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Manage expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership





- Lead and mentor SAP FI consultants across project phases.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and capability development programmers.
- Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Governance & Support

- Monitor project health, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure SLA compliance in AMS engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
