We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage sales and distribution operations across the assigned territory in Namkeen Segment. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distributors and retailers, expanding market coverage, and leading the sales team.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Appoint new distributors and expand the company's distribution network.
- Increase market penetration, outlet coverage, and secondary sales.
- Monitor distributor-wise and salesperson-wise performance.




- Manage and guide Sales Officers / Sales Representatives / ISRs.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify recent business opportunities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company schemes, promotions, and trade offers.
- Monitor stock availability, order booking, dispatches, and outstanding payments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 9-15 years in FMCG Sales & Distribution.
- Experience in Namkeen, Snacks, Bakery, or Food FMCG will be preferred.
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Distributor Management, Retailer Network, Secondary Sales & Market Expansion.
