Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage project execution from site engineering to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

- Oversee construction activities in office, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Civil Engineering or related field (essential).

- Minimum 9-10 years of experience in building construction or real estate construction projects.

- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural design and analysis.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
