We are hiring Technical Support Executives for an International Voice Process supporting.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide effective technical support to international customers over voice calls. The role involves understanding customer concerns, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls related to technical support.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for HP products and services.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, operating system, printer, laptop, desktop, and peripheral-related issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical support team.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in an International Voice Process.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of computers, laptops, desktops, printers, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues logically and effectively.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
