About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Developer with strong hands-on expertise across the UiPath Platform including Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Test Suite, and AI Center / Agentic Automation capabilities. The role is primarily a technical delivery position focused on building, testing, and deploying production-grade automation solutions at enterprise scale. Candidates with additional exposure to process assessment, complexity sizing, scripting, and Power Platform will have a distinct advantage.

1. Bot Development & Configuration

- Design, develop, test, and deploy production-grade UiPath workflows using Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework)
- Build modular, reusable automation components (libraries, templates) following UiPath best practices and coding standards
- Develop integrations with enterprise applications including ERPs, CRMs, web portals, citrix environments, and REST / SOAP APIs
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator — queues, assets, triggers, schedules, and robot provisioning
- Implement attended, unattended, and hybrid automation models aligned to process requirements

2. Document Understanding

- Implement end-to-end intelligent document processing pipelines using UiPath Document Understanding framework
- Configure and train ML-based extractors for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured document types (invoices, forms, contracts)
- Integrate Taxonomy Manager, Digitizer, Classifier, and Extractor components within automation workflows
- Set up human-in-the-loop validation stations and action centre tasks for exception handling in document workflows
- Tune model accuracy iteratively to meet production-grade extraction thresholds

Agentic Automation & AI Center

- Design and deploy UiPath Autopilot / Agentic workflows for cognitive task automation requiring contextual decision-making
- Build agentic pipelines combining UiPath robots, LLM integrations, and AI Center ML model outputs
- Configure UiPath AI Center for ML model management, training pipelines, and skill deployment
- Integrate UiPath agents with enterprise knowledge bases, APIs, and action execution layers
- Test, validate, and monitor agentic solution outputs for accuracy, stability, and compliance

4. Testing, Go-Live & Hypercare

- Prepare and execute Unit Test Cases using UiPath Test Suite (Test Manager, Studio Test Automation)
- Develop SIT test packs and support UAT cycles with business stakeholders
- Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution during testing cycles
- Support production cutover, Orchestrator monitoring setup, alerting configuration, and hypercare stabilisation.

1. Opportunity Assessment & Feasibility

- Conduct structured process assessments to identify and qualify RPA automation candidates
- Evaluate automation suitability using standardised scoring criteria — volume, rule-based logic, exception rate, system compatibility
- Engage with business SMEs to capture AS-IS process documentation and map TO-BE automation flows
- Produce feasibility reports covering automation potential,

2. Complexity Classification & Effort Estimation

- Classify automation opportunities across complexity tiers: Easy, Medium, Complex, and Exception-Heavy
- Estimate development effort, testing timelines, and support requirements for pipeline planning
- Apply standardised complexity frameworks aligned to UiPath workflow architecture patterns
- Contribute to roadmap prioritisation and sprint planning for automation delivery teams

3. Python & Macro Scripting

- Develop Python scripts for data processing, file manipulation, API calls, and pre/post-bot processing
- Build and maintain Excel Macros (VBA) to automate complex spreadsheet operations and reporting tasks
- Invoke Python scripts within UiPath workflows using the Invoke Python activity for advanced processing tasks

4. Microsoft Power Platform

- Build or extend automation solutions using Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop flows / RPA)
- Develop canvas apps or model-driven apps in Power Apps to support automation-adjacent workflows
- Integrate Power Platform connectors with M365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external systems
- Awareness of Copilot Studio for conversational AI / chatbot layer over automated processes

5. Additional Nice-to-Have

- Exposure to Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism alongside UiPath
- Knowledge of GenAI integration patterns — LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms: SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow
- Understanding of myWizard AiOps, SynOps, or DigiPortal for delivery intelligence
- ITIL awareness for bot support and change management processes
