Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for driving architecture decisions, ensuring engineering excellence, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable and secure digital solutions.

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional with experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale Mobile Applications, Web Applications, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical leadership capabilities along with proven experience in managing engineering teams, stakeholder communication, delivery management, and people development.

Experience -

- 12+ Years of experience
- Minimum 5+ years in managing projects, teams, and delivery
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Experience handling multiple projects and cross-functional team
- Project management and delivery ownership
- Team handling and stakeholder management
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Production support and release management

Mobile Technologies

- Native Android (Java/Kotlin)
- Native iOS (Swift)
- Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
- Mobile application architecture and performance optimization





Web Technologies

- Angular / React
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Responsive and Progressive Web Applications (PWA)

Backend & Microservices

- Java, Spring Boot / Node.js
- Microservices Architecture
- Event-Driven Architecture
- API Gateway patterns
