Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for data management and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Design and maintain metadata frameworks for tracking key information about datasets, including definitions, sources, and usage rights.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data governance best practices and tools.

Job Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., IT services & consulting).
- Solid understanding of data governance principles, including data quality control processes.
- Experience working with metadata management systems or tools (e.g., Informatica IDQ).
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
