1. Customer Complaint Management
- Customer complaint containment RCA 8D CAPA effectiveness
- Customer communication aur closure independently handle kare.

- APQP / PPAP

- Current parts ke APQP documents
- PPAP preparation/submission
- PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC coordination

- QMS

- IATF 16949 documentation
- Internal audit
- NCR/CAPA
- Quality records and document control

- Process Quality

- 4M change management
- In-process/final inspection
- Dimensional inspection
- Rejection analysis and corrective actions

- Calibration & Testing

- Measuring instruments
- Calibration records
- Testing records
- External calibration coordination

- Customer / Certification Audit

- Audit preparation
- Evidence/documentation
- Audit findings closure
