Role & responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to dealers, contractors, builders, engineers, and customers on cement applications and products.
- Conduct site visits and support customers in resolving technical issues related to cement and concrete.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer awareness programs.
- Generate product trials and support conversion of competing products.
- Develop relationships with key influencers such as architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and builders.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, products, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Services, and Plant teams to address customer concerns.
- Support achievement of sales targets through technical promotion and market development.
- Prepare market visit reports and maintain customer/technical activity records.
