Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Accounting Lead / Manager with strong experience in US accounting and the US staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations for US-based staffing entities, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll accounting, and related finance activities.

The role requires robust knowledge of US GAAP, accounting processes, financial controls, and experience managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for US staffing entities.
- Lead and manage a team of accounting/finance professionals.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Review and oversee General Ledger and R2R activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Review bank, balance sheet, AP, AR, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Oversee accounting related to staffing payroll, billing, and revenue.




- Coordinate with US-based business and finance stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure appropriate financial controls and process compliance.
- Identify process gaps and drive accounting process improvements.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in US Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Prior experience working in a US Staffing / Staffing Services company is mandatory.
- Strong experience in General Ledger / R2R and month-end close.
- Experience with AP, AR, billing, payroll accounting, and reconciliations.
- Experience managing or leading an accounting/finance team.
- Solid financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
