Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and other documentation for interior projects using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare accurate estimates of materials required for construction based on design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience as an Interior Architect or related field.
- Proficiency in creating detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and other documentation using AutoCAD software.
- Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards for commercial spaces.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
