- Manage onboarding and documentation of PSU Bank BCs and CSC VLEs for banking and DigiPay/DigiPay Lite services.
- Provide technical and operational support to CSC VLEs/BCs for smooth DigiPay and banking operations.
- Conduct training and handholding of CSC VLEs and PSU BCs on DigiPay, banking processes, applications, and financial inclusion services.
- Monitor and follow up with BCs/VLEs for activation and regular transaction/service delivery.
- Support DigiPay Lite onboarding, including collection, verification, and maintenance of required VLE documentation.
- Monitor transactions and coordinate with the CSC Head Office and concerned teams for transaction reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with PSU Banks, CSC HO, internal teams, BCs, and VLEs for resolution of technical and operational issues.
- Maintain MIS and reports relating to onboarding, activation, training, transactions, reconciliation, and service performance.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of operational issues raised by BCs/VLEs.
- Ensure compliance with defined processes and guidelines for banking and financial inclusion services.
