1. Model Coordination - Integrating architectural, structural, and MEP models into a federated model; ensuring accuracy and consistency across disciplines.

1. Clash Detection - Running clash detection routines in Navisworks or Solibri; documenting conflicts and driving resolution with design leads.

1. Common Data Environment - Administering BIM 360 or ProjectWise; managing model versions, permissions, and data exchange between stakeholders.

1. Standards Compliance - Enforcing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Information Delivery Specifications (IDS), and international standards like ISO 19650 and COBie.

1. Software Proficiency - Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, Archicad, Solibri, and BIM 360/ACC.

4D/5D Simulation - Creating construction sequencing (4D) and cost estimation (5D) simulations to support project planning

1. Services Information – Cross Discipline technical knowledge of Civil, Architectural, Plumbing & fire Fighting, Electrical , HVAC and ELV system.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in a similar role as a BIM Manager or equivalent position.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, or other relevant BIM software tools.
- Strong understanding of MEP engineering principles and practices; knowledge of structural engineering an asset.
- Solid hold on Modelling
