Green/Black Belt Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence initiatives using DMAIC/DMADV methodologies.
- Drive data-driven root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitization, analytics, and AI enablement.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Business teams to implement solutions.
- Establish governance through project tollgates, stakeholder reviews, advantages tracking, and control plans.
- Deliver measurable improvements in cost, productivity, cycle time, quality, SLA adherence, defects, and rework.
- Mentor Green Belts, process analysts, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in DMAIC/DMADV, VOCCTQ, SIPOC, VSM, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Capability.
- Proven track record of delivering quantified business outcomes and cost savings.




- Strong analytics, statistical methods, and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Process Excellence / Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement, preferably in Finance & Operations.
