Role & responsibilities

Manage and motivate the entire team responsible for debt collection.

Coordinate with UBI CMCC officials to get the list of defaulters and form strategy to approach these defaulters and work on the same.

Ensure that the overall performance of the entire team is as per the agreed terms with Bank CMCC seniors

Ensure that the Collection team meet the performance targets as per the agreement between UBI and UBISL.

Oversee the entire collections process from initial stages to final recovery, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their performance and productivity.

Identify areas of improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Prepare regular reports on collection activities, performance, and risks.

Co-ordinating with bank team for allocation of cases.

Reviewing the performances of the team and ensuring that the target is being achieved within TAT.

DRA Certificate is Mandatory
