We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Fastener Product Development qualified with strong expertise in end-to-end NPD, forging, tooling, CNC machining, thread rolling, heat treatment and surface treatment.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in taking aerospace fasteners from RFQ & feasibility process development tooling & trials validation FAI/PPAP customer approval serial production.

- Experience with AS9100 / NADCAP
- Direct experience with aerospace OEMs / Tier-1 customers
- Experience managing customer approvals and technical reviews
