Executive Finance Controllership – Business Consulting & Professional Services – Gurugram – 1+ Years

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting professional with 1+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial controllership. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to end-to-end accounting, GL scrutiny, MIS, finalization, GST, TDS and other statutory compliances. Candidates with experience in client accounting, consulting, professional services or multi-client environments will be preferred. Strong communication, review and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Managing end-to-end accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial records.
2. Reviewing MIS and independently scrutinizing General Ledger accounts.
3. Handling accounting activities through month-end closing and finalization of accounts.
4. Managing TDS, GST, Profession Tax and other applicable client compliances.
5. Monitoring client funds and supporting effective fund management.
6. Coordinating with bankers, clients and internal teams for finance-related activities.
7. Supporting operational payroll and related accounting activities.
8. Managing billing and recovery activities and ensuring timely follow-ups.
9. Identifying accounting and compliance issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
10. Supporting planning, process improvement and development beyond routine operational delivery.

Requirements

1. 1+ years of practical experience in accounting, finance controllership or client accounting.
2.



Experience in accounting up to finalization, GL scrutiny, MIS and financial reporting.
3. Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
4. Exposure to payroll, fund monitoring, billing and recovery will be preferred.
5. Experience in consulting, professional services, accounting outsourcing or multi-client environments will be an advantage.
6. Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting; CA/CMA qualification or part-qualification will be an advantage.
8. Excellent communication, review, analytical and problem-solving skills.
