Essential Job Duties:

- Assist in benchmarking and analyzing compensation data using salary survey.
- Developing salary bands, pay grades, and job architectures to ensure fair internal pay equity
- Conduct job evaluations and ensure alignment with internal grading frameworks.
- Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, internal movements, and promotions.
- Analyze internal pay equity and support pay structure recommendations.
- Ensuring all compensation programs strictly comply with local labor laws, pay equity legislation, and tax regulations.
- Maintain compensation and benefits data in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Track compensation trends, cost impacts, and provide analytical insights.
- Support development and documentation of compensation and perks policies
- Help prepare compensation reports and analytics for decision-making and audit purposes.
- Facilitate the appraisal process, including reviewing and rating employee performances in collaboration with supervisors/Department Heads
- Address employee queries regarding Compensation policies and procedures




- Support HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate degree with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resource, Compensation and Benefits
- Understanding compensation structures, salary surveys and evaluation methodologies
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization
- Basic understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and HR functions
- The ability to multi-task, Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Desired Skills:

- Experience with HR/ Compensation software and systems (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Radford, Naukri)
- Familiarity with compensation management, benefits administration, and compliance regulations.
