- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety program, including policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness.
- Investigate incidents, report findings, and recommend improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in industrial or chemical industry as a Safety Supervisor or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of fire safety, industrial safety, and chemical safety regulations.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
