Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects on time within budget.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against targets.

- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Production/Industrial or other specialization (essential).

- Minimum 14-15 years of experience in project execution, engineering, planning, monitoring, estimation & control (essential).

- Solid understanding of industrial automation systems integration principles (essential).

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (essential).
