- Manage CNC machines, including programming, setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) equipment and perform repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 10-13 years of experience in CNC milling or machining industry.
- Robust knowledge of CNC maintenance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in operating various types of CNC machines (e.g., VMCs, HMCs).
- Experience working with EDM equipment is an asset.
