This is not a traditional Growth, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Ops role.

We are looking for an AI-native builder to create, from zero, the infrastructure and systems behind an AI-powered growth engine for InfinitePays existing customer base - from behavioral data and propensity modeling to opportunity scoring, journey decisions, and continuous learning loops. You wont just run growth initiatives; youll build the systems that let the whole Growth team run them, faster and with less manual work.

Your mission is to prove that xsell and lifecycle can become a repeatable, measurable, and scalable revenue channel, powered by AI agents rather than manual campaign work. You will combine AI agents, Python, SQL, experimentation, and deep customer understanding to build a system that identifies the right opportunity for the right customer at the right moment, learns from real behavior, and continuously improves itself.

You will own the problem end-to-end: architecture, data, agent behavior, experiments, funnel metrics, feedback loops, and scale/kill decisions.

What Youll Do

- Design and build the core infrastructure and systems that power xsell and lifecycle growth for the team - not one-off campaigns, but reusable structures others can plug into.
- Build AI agent workflows for xsell and lifecycle, including opportunity scoring, offer selection, journey decisions, and human handoff when needed.
- Connect behavioral data, propensity models, customer segments,



and feedback loops into a repeatable operating system.
- Use Python, SQL, and APIs to build tools, integrations, and automations that turn customer behavior into growth decisions.
- Work with product and behavioral data to define segments, score xsell/lifecycle propensity, and monitor funnel performance.
- Run growth experiments with clear hypotheses, control groups, metrics, and kill/scale criteria.
- Design contextual xsell and lifecycle logic using customer usage data, financial behavior, and business relevance.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering to turn behavioral signals into system improvements.
- Document prompts, specs, playbooks, experiments, and learnings so the systems you build can be used and extended by the rest of the team.

What You Need to Succeed

- Specialist-level experience in Growth, applied to fintech, banking, SaaS, or high-volume digital businesses.
- Track record of building infrastructure, tools, or systems that other teams rely on - not just running individual initiatives.
- Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows or advanced LLM automations.
- Strong SQL skills, ideally with BigQuery.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.
- Experience with orchestration tools such as LangGraph, n8n plus Python, or equivalent systems.
- Understanding of growth mechanics: propensity, segmentation, funnels, incrementality,



and conversion metrics.
- Ability to work with messy behavioral and transactional data - scoring, deduplication, and data quality issues.
- Strong ownership and builder mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Portuguese and English.

Nice to Have

- Experience with growth engineering, or lifecycle/retention systems.
- Experience integrating CRM or data platforms with AI workflows.
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, or SMB customer behavior.
- Experience designing guardrails, evaluations, or anti-hallucination mechanisms for AI systems.
- Portfolio showcasing AI-powered growth projects with measurable impact on revenue, retention, or engagement.
