Department: Maintenance

Location: Factory - Mitrol Deeghot Road in Palwal, Haryana

Reports to: DGM Maintenance

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Hands-on expertise with Siemens 840D and Sinumerik One controllers
Hands-on expertise with Fanuc controllers
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Expert in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
Active involvement in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
Expert in CNC / PLC ladder diagrams, electrical wiring, and circuit diagrams

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Zero safety incidents.
- Training and development of maintenance technicians.
- Reduction of maintenance costs.
- Minimization of machinery breakdowns.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with Siemens 840D, Sinumerik One, and Fanuc controllers.
- Competencies: Solid troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills, and active involvement in TPM.

Preferred:

- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting Fanuc and Siemens controllers
- Work background in service field, gear manufacturing, or auto components manufacturing

Most importantly, the candidate must be ready to work in shift duty.
