Role Summary: InvoiceMart is seeking a Senior SQL Developer to lead database development, optimization, and architecture initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in designing scalable database solutions, mentoring team members, and supporting high-volume transactional systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize complex database solutions on MS SQL Server.
- Lead database architecture, performance tuning, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Create and maintain advanced Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, and Jobs.
- Analyze execution plans and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Drive data migration, integration, and ETL projects.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Review code and mentor junior developers on database best practices.





Required Skills

- 7-12 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server Development.
- Strong expertise in T-SQL, Query Optimization, Indexing, Partitioning, and Performance Tuning.
- Experience in Database Design, Data Modeling, and ETL processes.
- Solid understanding of high-volume transactional databases.
- Experience handling production support and database troubleshooting.
- Exposure to SSIS, SQL Agent Jobs, and data integration tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in BFSI, Lending, FinTech, or Banking domain.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics solutions.
- Prior experience leading database development initiatives.
