What Youll Do

As a member of the Backoffice team, you are expected to be experienced in Know Your Customer processes, passionate about customer service and also technology. Your mission is to complete the customers accreditation as fast and as efficient as possible.

What You Need to Succeed

- Experience in backoffice operations, KYC, onboarding, or customer verification in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Attention to detail and ability to review documents, data, and customer information accurately.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and operational tools.
- Positive written communication in Portuguese; English is a plus.
- Ability to work with SLAs and operational targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset to identify process improvements and reduce customer friction.
