About the Role: Nuvant is looking for Account Associates to join our growing team of client-focused professionals. In this role, you ll be the first point of contact for individuals and businesses seeking guidance on financial solutions. You ll work to understand each client s unique needs and help match them with services that support their goals.

- Reach out to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries
- Learn about each client s goals, challenges, and decision-making process
- Offer personalized recommendations based on data and conversation
- Walk clients through onboarding, product selection, and implementation
- Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
- Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve services and outcomes

Qualifications

- High school diploma or college degree preferred




- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Prior experience in sales or client service a plus but not required
