A wealth management firm is hiring a Team Leader for its Wealth Relationship Management desk, reporting to the Regional Head / Wealth Head.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets
- Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI / UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships
- Monitor team performance, productivity and client retention
- Deepen client relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products
- Ensure advisory quality, suitability and regulatory compliance across the team
Success metrics: team revenue targets, AUM growth, current HNI / UHNI client acquisition, client retention and team productivity improvement.
We are looking for proven team leadership alongside a strong personal HNI / UHNI acquisition track record and demonstrated AUM and revenue achievement.
