Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Communications and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, the ability to convert ideas into compelling visuals, and a passion for supporting educational branding. This role is integral to maintaining the school s visual identity and delivering high-quality design solutions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, posters, newsletters, presentations, social media posts, certificates, and other communication materials.
- Support the branding and communication needs of departments such as Admissions, HR, Academics, and Events.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images and videos as needed.
- Develop layouts and templates for school publications, reports, and internal documents.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.




- Take up any other graphic or visual design-related tasks assigned by the school from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (exceptional freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software is an added advantage.
- Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and cooperative working skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse design styles and project requirements.

Work Time

Monday to Friday | 7:40 AM - 3:45 PM

(Occasional weekend or evening work may be required during school events)
