Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to handle Gold Loan business for assigned territory. Candidate must have strong team handling & gold loan product knowledge.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Manage and drive Gold Loan business for the territory to achieve disbursement, AUM and profitability targets.

2. Lead, manage and motivate team of Branch Managers /gold appraisal (15-25 members).

3. Branch expansion, team hiring, training and productivity improvement.

4. Ensure gold valuation, purity checking, process compliance and audit adherence.

5. Control delinquency, manage auction process and maintain portfolio quality.

6. Liaison with local banks, valuers, and internal risk/credit/ops teams.

7. Market intelligence,



competitor analysis and new customer acquisition strategy.

8. Ensure 100% compliance as per RBI & company policies for Gold Loan.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- Graduate / MBA preferred

- *5-7 years of total experience with minimum 3+ years in Gold Loan only*

- Must have handled a team of at least 10+ people

- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan operations, gold appraisal, KYC, risk.

- Valuable communication, leadership and target-driven approach

- Willing to travel extensively within territory
